These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.vaderdantrading.com, our Discord community, educational materials, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for, accessing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vaderdan Trading.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not prohibited from using our Services under any applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, including our Discord community and educational materials, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that we deem harmful to our community or Services.

4. SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Educational Services

Vaderdan Trading provides educational content, training materials, and community access related to forex and futures trading, including but not limited to:

• Candle Range Theory (CRT) training and methodology
• Discord community access with live trading rooms
• Educational handbooks, guides, and resources
• Video tutorials and webinars
• Market analysis and trading strategies

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans, including monthly and lifetime access options. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal of monthly subscriptions unless cancelled
• Our refund policy as outlined in Section 6
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

5. PAYMENT TERMS

All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processors (Whop, Stripe, PayPal). By providing payment information, you:

• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Agree to pay all applicable taxes
• Acknowledge that you are responsible for all charges incurred
• Understand that failed payments may result in service suspension

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our educational content and immediate access to our Discord community, all sales are generally final. However, we may offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access to our Services and we cannot resolve them within 7 days
• Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same service
• Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to vaderdantrading@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the CRT methodology, is the property of Vaderdan Trading or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download and print educational materials for personal use only
• Participate in our Discord community

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Share your account credentials or access with others
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute our educational materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our materials
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from any content

Trading Risks

Trading forex, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Trading decisions are your sole responsibility
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose
• You should seek independent financial advice before trading
• Results shown by Vaderdan or other traders are not typical and do not guarantee your success

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

• Your ability to earn money or pass prop firm challenges
• The accuracy or completeness of our educational content
• The suitability of our strategies for your individual circumstances
• Specific trading outcomes or profitability

9. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (DISCORD)

Our Discord community is a professional learning environment. By participating, you agree to:

Acceptable Behavior

• Treat all members with respect and courtesy
• Contribute constructively to discussions
• Follow moderator instructions
• Keep conversations relevant to trading education
• Respect intellectual property rights

Prohibited Behavior

• Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Spam, advertising, or self-promotion without permission
• Sharing illegal content or encouraging illegal activities
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Sharing account access or inviting non-members
• Recording or redistributing community content
• Soliciting personal information from members

Violation of community guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from our Discord community without refund.

10. USER CONTENT

You may have the opportunity to post content in our Discord community, including messages, images, and trade ideas ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with our Services
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to post the User Content
• Acknowledge that we may remove any User Content at our discretion
• Agree not to post content that violates any laws or third-party rights

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including:

• Prop firm platforms (FTMO, MyForexFunds, etc.)
• Trading platforms and brokers
• Payment processors (Whop, Stripe, PayPal)
• Social media platforms
• Educational resources from other providers

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VADERDAN TRADING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any trading losses or financial damages
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from errors or omissions in our content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vaderdan Trading, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Your trading activities and decisions

14. DISCLAIMERS

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not warrant that our Services will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected. You use our Services at your own risk.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:

• Mediation: If informal negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
• Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Canada

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

16. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior harmful to our community or Services
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
